Batter Up!

It's officially baseball season!  Although I haven't been to a game yet this season, we live within walking distance to the Cincinnati Red's ball park so I am sure we'll have many chances to eat some yummy food and enjoy an evening outside watching America's greatest past time.  Admittedly, I've always had some trouble dressing for sporting events because I'm not a huge fan of sports jerseys or specific team-related clothing.  Also, being a transplant in Cincinnati, I enjoy attending Reds' games, but wouldn't necessary call myself a "fan", so it's often a challenge to decide what to wear to these kind of events.

I'd tip my hat to the 50's with a pair of retro cat-eye sunglasses, a throwback plaid button down, some dark washed rolled shorts, and a sassy pair of red Tom's wedges.  I always seem to get a chill as the sun sets and the game stretches on through the 8th and 9th innings, so a lightweight jacket is a must.  So tell me, what are you wearing to the baseball park this Summer?
